Quick Weight Loss Diet

weightFrom many weight-loss diet, here’s a diet for those who want to get rid of those 2 to 3 kilograms giving so much trouble. It is simple, tasty food you eat, not have to keep forever (maximum duration is of 5 days) and, not least, make you feel good about yourself. 
Quick Weight Loss Diet takes 5 days and is indicated only for emergencies or weekend party at the beach unplanned output.

First day
Breakfast: a glass of fruit juice without sugar, 3 rice crackers with honey;
11: a fruit;
Lunch: a roll with ham without fat;
17: a fruit;
Dinner: a bowl of grilled meat, salad with a teaspoon of oil.

The 2nd day
Breakfast: a glass of unsweetened fruit juice, 2 fruit, a cup of coffee with one teaspoon of sugar and barley;
11: a fruit;
Lunch: a bowl of tuna nature, boiled shrimp, mixed salad;
17: a fruit;
Dinner: a bowl of spaghetti with tomatoes and basil, salad with a teaspoon of oil.
Third Day
Breakfast: yogurt with cereal, a cup of coffee with one teaspoon of sugar;
11: a fruit;
Lunch: a bowl of spicy beef, cereal, a roll;
17: a fruit;
Dinner: a bowl of fish with vegetables, salad with a teaspoon of oil.
Fourth day
Breakfast: a glass of fruit juice without sugar, 2 slices of bread with jam, coffee with a teaspoon of sugar and barley;
11: a fruit;
Lunch: a salad mixed with a teaspoon of oil;
17: a fruit;
Dinner: a hard egg, a slice of toast with a tomato, salad with a teaspoon of oil.
The fifth day
Breakfast: coffee with a teaspoon of sugar, a muffin;
11: a fruit;
Lunch: a slice of pizza;
17: a fruit;
Dinner: a bowl of roasted white meat, salad with a teaspoon of oil.
